At Eveline Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your printed return slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned cosmetics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
